So You Had a Bad Day...
My wife was on South Broad Street near Center City Philly yesterday.
A biker got hit by a bus.
Then a homeless man woke up, walked over, began to beat the hit biker, and then took his wallet.

Dangerous city. I saw someone being stretchered into an ambulance on South Street about an hour ago. You could tell from the way the windshield was shattered that the passenger wasn't wearing a seatbelt.
