Kerry Doesn't Like a Multinational Approach with North Korea
Kerry is criticizing Bush for letting the nuclear situation in North Korea get out of hand. The New York Times asked Kerry what he would do. He can't answer it, because it is a hypothetical (all questions for what he would do as President are hypothetical). But it would involve taking it to the U.N. Security Council (see previous post).
But how did North Korea get out of hand? As Albright mentioned this past Sunday, when we gave them a nuclear power program, they lied to us and used it to build nuclear weapons (shocker!). I believe this plan won Carter the Nobel Peace Prize. As mentioned previously on my blog, this was the plan Edwards has for Iran.
